Process

A controlled path from opportunity to investor dialogue

  1. Onboarding

You provide the company, capital requirement and supporting materials through a structured intake, with a clear record of everything supplied.

  2. Readiness review

A structured assessment shows how an institutional capital provider may read the opportunity, with gaps and recommended actions. It is a commercial view, not legal, tax or investment advice.

  3. Investor mapping

The opportunity is scored against investor mandates. Every recommendation carries a rationale, and every concern is stated.

  4. Your approval

You approve or reject each proposed investor and every message before anything is sent. Approvals are date stamped and auditable.

  5. Managed outreach

Sequenced, personalised messages are sent under the agreed sender identity within controlled daily limits, with immediate pause available and automatic suppression of anyone who opts out.

  6. Direct relationships

Interested investors reply to you. Meetings, NDAs and data room access follow under your control, and the relationships remain yours.
